Thr impsct of your role will be to improve process and procedures in the bank regarding product management The role requies you to Analyse issues and propose improvements Analyse and evaluate incoming change requests or projects Identify solutions together with the colleagues in the squad and evaluate the different options Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria Act as interface with the stakeholders Bridge the business needs with IT define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT) Prepare cases for Business Acceptance testing (BAT) and organise or execute BAT Follow-up implementation of the change You will have Business expertise (products, processes, etc) in daily banking Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT Experience as Business Analysist in a bank environment This is a collaborative envoirnment and an Agile mindset is required along with an analytical minf and critical thinking. English as well French and Dutch language skills and you will need to be on site 50% of the time as an average Apply now for an initial conversation with us.
